ASC strives to integrate immigrant and refugee families into the American society by providing excellent educational, social, psychological and health support programs.

ASC forges collaborative partnerships with the public and private sectors to endow humanitarian development programs that build multicultural communities.

Founded in 1993 by William Chignoli M. Div, ASC has served churches, professionals, hospitals, schools, school districts and public and private agencies.

ASC bilingual certified professionals strive to meet the needs of the community by providing social services, medical mobile unit, mental health counseling, case management, an after school program for children 6-13, parent training academies, and adult education in a bilingual, bicultural environment, through different programs.
